Lastly, Professor Boyle was a Visiting Scholar and was a Member of the Regional Advisory Board at the European Union Center of Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh He taught courses in Strategy, Global Environment of Business, Organizational Behavior, Creative Leadership, and Ethical Leadership. Professor Boyle joined the MBA program at Point Park University. This innovative MBA program’s revenue growth became one of the largest programs in the university. In addition, at Penn State University he was a faculty member of the School of Engineering team that designed a new minor in Entrepreneurship Engineering.Īt Seton Hill University, he was Professor and Director of the MBA program. He taught undergraduates in the business school. Professor Boyle was a Visiting Professor in the School of Business at the International University of Monaco in the South of France in Monte Carlo.Īt Pennsylvania State University, he was Chair of a faculty team that designed the first business Entrepreneurship program in Penn State's history. Also, he presented a paper on Entrepreneurship at the Organization for Economic Development (OECD) in Trento, Italy. He has written articles on entrepreneurship and has been a keynote speaker on Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the Chinese Academy of Management in Beijing and Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the Chinese Academy of Management in Beijing, China. Professor Boyle is the author of a book titled, The Wonderbox: Making of an Innovator and Entrepreneur. The Minds of the Future & Character Development Program are examples of his good work. His work includes development of new models of learning and education, designing custom courses that are novel and nurture the developing needs of students with special qualities of the mind and character. Professor Boyle’s research interests are in leadership, entrepreneurship, ethical leadership, and creativity and imagination. Professor Boyle is very interested in the success of students and would like to see the students graduate and move on to successful careers. The university’s purpose is to increase the intellectual development and character of students as well as nurture the qualities of mind of university students in order to promote positive mindsets for the future.
